Dear Members, We hope you are all looking forward to the Cotswold International Polo Day on Sunday 24th June. This year we are offering the new and exciting opportunity to purchase a Pitch-side Picnic Spot in order to ensure you get the perfect view to enjoy the action packed Warwickshire Cup Final and Ladies International on Ivy Lodge. Please find the details for the Pitch-side Picnic Spots below: Front Row reserved car parking: £200/pitchMember’s sideTo include:

3m wide x 9m deep pitch with enough space for 1 standard gazebo and 1 car.
Exclusive offer to Cirencester Park Polo Club Members
8 Day Member passes per pitch - annual badges are still valid so 10/pitch.
Friends may of course join you pitch side. There will be a £10/person charge for Members’ side admittance payable on the day. Please be advised that there should be a limit of 20 guests per pitch.
Each booking entitles 1 car into the gazebo area. Annual car pass holders will park between Meadow and the Clubhouse and Day Members at the end of Meadow.
The pitch does not have anything supplied.

Pitches will be allocated on a 1^st Come 1^st Served basis working right and left of the Clubhouse alternately. Limited to 38 pitchesFront Row reserved car parking: £150/Pitch Public side center lineTo include:

If you are planning on joining us for lunch please ensure that you have contacted Relish to book your table as the Clubhouse is close to capacity. As the Clubhouse is almost fully booked all further bookings of 8 and over will be accommodated in the Marquee.
