Enviro Equine Announces Title Sponsorship of Fourth Annual CBA Symposium
Wellington, Fla. - March 22, 2017 - Enviro Equine is a proud title sponsor of the Consignors and Commercial Breeders Association's (CBA) annual symposium. This year the CBA Annual Symposium will feature the toast and roast of legendary, hall of fame trainer D. Wayne Lukas, and will be held Monday, April 17 in the Keeneland Sales Pavilion.

"The CBA is happy to have Enviro Equine join as one of our sponsors for the 2017 Symposium," said Director and Committee Chair, Patrick Costello. "Their involvement is helping to make this event a great one!"

The CBA works on behalf of every consignor and commercial breeder of thoroughbred race horses, to provide representation and a constructive, unified voice related to sales issues, policies and procedures. Their initiatives are designed to encourage a fair and expanding market place for all who breed, buy, or sell thoroughbreds in the United States.

The fourth annual CBA Symposium will begin at 2 p.m. with Kentucky Senator Damon Thayer taking the stage with his state of the industry message. Following the Senator, the audience will hear from Vision 20/20, the Godolphin Flying Start, the TAA, The Jockey Club, and Plusvital.

From 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., members will enjoy hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and the opportunity to socialize with members, guests and speakers before the main event.

Hosted by TVG's Frank Mirahmadi, the panel will consist of D. Wayne Lukas and many of his protégés, including Randy Bradshaw, Mike Maker, Kiaran McLaughlin, Todd Pletcher, Dallas Stewart and George Weaver. Wayne's former students will share their experiences coming up under the master, and Lukas will share his observations of his protégés, as well.

Lukas has trained more champions (24) than any other trainer in the modern era, according to the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame. Through August 2013 he ranks No. 1 in career earnings and has 4,680 victories, eighth all time. He is the Breeders' Cup all-time leading trainer in purse money won, starters (156) and victories (19) and has won a record 14 Triple Crown races.

As the title sponsor, Enviro Equine will have a presence throughout the event and is thrilled to be a part of recognizing the career of one of the most respected trainers in history.

"While the CBA works hard to ensure fair trade among consignors and breeders, Enviro Equine works hard to ensure the health and well-being of the horses being bred, bought and sold," said Enviro Equine Director of Marketing, Frank Lyons. "Nothing is more important to us than the health and well-being of these animals and supporting the people who care for and train them on a daily basis."
